I’ve seriously lost track of the days, being out of the world does tht I guess. Everyday is a routine; getting up & grabbing a bite, checking the mail, watching shows/baking, cleaning up when Mum gets back, shower, dinner, TV, computer and lastly falling asleep in the wee hours.
Well I’ve applied for school..and there’s the HK trip in May..so something to look forwad to 
some sweets from these weeks of unproductivity. ciao!
1. Stopped for coffee at this new bakery/cafe tht popped up in town.
2/3. Baked treats – some awesome coffee cinnamon roll!
4. Baked up a batch of smores cookies for vday w pink marshmallows
5. There’s something oddly calming about meringue..
6. Birth/Valentines day cake I made for Nick. Glad it turned out well!

I got woken up by a call today, seems I’ve landed myself a job interview tmr at 10-freaking-am. I hate job interviews cause I have to sit, smile and pretend to be interested when really I’m not. It’s quite a painful experience really. Moving on, I attempted to make some macaroons today but they turned out looking like Whoopie Pies. Sad :(
shall try again soon..going to snack on my salt & vinegar chips now.bye!

Its been awhile! too lazy to post, but I’ve not been doing much actually. just caught up with bumming around, I think I may have already lost contact with the outside world. heres some stuff thats gone on while I was missing..
